At Giriraj Jewellers, we offer free shipping across India on all orders. Our goal is to ensure safe, timely, and hassle-free delivery for every customer. To maintain high delivery standards, we work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart and Sequel.

Ready-to-Ship Orders
Orders that are in stock are dispatched within 3 business days from order confirmation.

Made-to-Order & Custom Jewellery
Custom or made-to-order jewellery is dispatched within 10 business days, allowing adequate time for careful craftsmanship and quality checks.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. This allows you to track your shipment and stay updated on delivery status.

Delivery Guidelines

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If you notice any damage, tampering, or seal breakage, do not accept the delivery and request the courier to return the parcel to Giriraj Jewellers. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Order Requirements & Restrictions

PAN Card Mandatory: For orders above ₹2,00,000, a valid PAN card is required as per government regulations. Orders without PAN details may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is not available for orders above ₹49,999.

Secure Delivery Process

ID Verification: Delivery is completed only after verifying a valid government-issued photo ID of the recipient.

Delivery Attempts: The courier will make up to three delivery attempts.

If the order is returned due to non-availability or incorrect address, re-shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer.
