Customers In India

For orders within India, Giriraj Jewellers accepts debit and credit cards, UPI options such as Google Pay, net banking, and direct bank transfers. Payments are processed through secure gateways to ensure safe transactions. Offline orders are also supported through bank transfer or in-store assistance.

For international deliveries, payments must be made in foreign currency as per RBI regulations. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) for orders shipped to overseas addresses.

Yes. For orders valued at ₹2,00,000 or more, submission of a valid PAN is mandatory as per applicable regulations.

After the order is placed, our team will contact you directly to request your PAN details before processing or dispatching the order. The billing name must match the name on the PAN card for successful verification.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return as per our return policy. Once the item is received and verified by our team, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Currently, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders due to shipping and customs limitations.

Yes. Customers based outside India can place an order for delivery to an address within India. Simply select India as the delivery location during checkout and complete the payment using an Indian bank account or a domestic payment method.

Hallmarking assures certified gold purity, and HUID provides a unique code to verify the authenticity of each jewellery piece.

Diamond certification is important because it verifies the authenticity, quality, and characteristics of a diamond. Certified by recognised laboratories such as IGI or SGL, each diamond is independently graded for cut, clarity, colour, and carat weight, ensuring transparency, trust, and informed purchasing decisions.

Your jewellery is packed using protective materials, including cushioning and foam padding, and secure outer packaging, to prevent damage during transit. Tamper-evident sealing is used to ensure the safety of the package.

If your ring does not fit properly, you can request a resizing within 30 days of delivery. A replacement in the correct size will be arranged. Any price difference for a larger or smaller size will be adjusted accordingly.
