At Giriraj Jewellers, your confidence matters. Our 30-day return policy allows you to return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, simply contact us using your registered phone number or email and share your name, order number and product SKU. Our team will verify the details and send you a prepaid, fully insured Blue Dart return label within one business day, along with clear packing instructions.
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original box, with all tags attached. Please include all packaging, certificates, warranties and documents. If the packing slip is missing, a copy of your shipping confirmation or purchase receipt is sufficient.

We want every purchase at Giriraj Jewellers to feel right. If you return an item, your refund will be issued after our warehouse inspects and verifies the product’s condition.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase. For cash refunds, the original sales receipt is required.

How to Pack Your Return
1. Pack the item securely using the extra packing material provided. Do not use the original bubble bag.
2. Seal the parcel with the security seal included. Avoid using cello tape or any other wrapping.
3. Attach only the return invoice on the outside and check that the package is properly sealed.
4. Record a short video while packing and sealing the parcel for your reference
5. When the courier arrives, verify the waybill number before handing over the package.
International Orders Policy
Due to customs and logistical restrictions, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments.
