Our customer service team will promptly get in touch within one business day, providing a prepaid, fully insured Blue Dart return label and detailed instructions on how to securely pack your items for return.


For a return or exchange to be accepted, items must be in their original condition: unused, in their original boxes, and with all original tags attached. Ensure all packaging, instructions, warranties, etc., are included with your returned or exchanged jewelry. If you're missing the original packing slip, a copy of your shipping confirmation email or the receipt from your online purchase at checkout will suffice.

Returning Your Purchase

Step 1: Securely Pack Your Item(S) Using The Extra Packing Material Provided, But Do Not Use The Original Bubble Bag Packaging In Which Your Order Was Sent.

Step 2: Seal The Shipment Using The Seal We Provided, And Do Not Use Cello Tape Or Any Other Type Of Wrapping.

Step 3: Before Giving The Shipment To The Courier, Ensure It Is Properly Sealed And Packed. Only Include The Return Invoices For Shipping Purposes Outside Of The Package.

Step 4: Take A Video While Packing And Sealing The Shipment For Your Reference And Safety.

Step 5: We Will Provide You With A Waybill Number, Which You Should Confirm With The Courier Company Agent When They Come To Collect The Parcel. After Obtaining The Waybill Number, Hand The Package To The Courier Agent.
